UNITED NATIONS – Palestinian officials have formally asked the U.N. Security Council to act to halt Israel’s latest military operations into Gaza.

In a closed-door meeting of the Council on Wednesday night, U.N. observer Riyad Mansour said Israel was boasting publicly about killing Palestinians after conducting airstrikes that killed Hamas mastermind Ahmed Jabari. In the text of his statement, Mansour said “war crimes are being perpetrated by Israel on a daily basis against the Palestinian people.”

Chart showing that the United States gives Israel $8.2 million per day in military aid and no military aid to the Palestinians. During Fiscal Year 2011, the U.S. is providing Israel with at least $8.2 million per day in military aid and $0 in military aid to the Palestinians.

“The international community must act to bring to bring an end to Israel’s illegal policies and practices against the Palestinian people”  end the war on innocence and end the consentration camp. he said.

Israeli Ambassador Ron Prosor said the strikes were launched in response to days of rocket fire out of Hamas-ruled Gaza. He said no one complained when Palestinians were “raining rockets on Israeli civilians,” and that no nation would tolerate that.  (Like murdering kids makes it all ok! )

“Hamas has turned Gaza into a dump of ammunition and weapons supplies brought in from Iran,” he said.

Prosor said some of the representatives on the Council support Israel’s “right of self-defense and condemned the indiscriminate shooting of rockets upon innocent Israeli citizens.”

U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice told the Council that the United States “strongly condemned” the rocket fire from Gaza into southern Israel and expressed regret at the ensuing death and injury of innocent Israeli and Palestinian civilians.

But she added that “Hamas claims to have the best interest of the Palestinian people at heart, yet it continues to engage in violence that does nothing but set back the Palestinian cause. Attacking Israel on a near daily basis does nothing to help Palestinians in Gaza not to move the Palestinian people any closer to achieving self-determination and independence,” Rice said. (yeah its always the Palistinians fault miss pit vipor , Their locked in a gage for god’s sake and their wardens use food as a weapon hmmn wonder what you would do to free yourself. )

India’s Ambassador Hardeep Singh Puri, the council president this month, said he hoped the closed-door debate would “help de-escalate the situation and impress upon the parties to exercise maximum restraint. (not good enough, time to end this maddness Genocide to the people of palistine is not a let’s leave it be attitude we can live with.)

“The violence has to stop,” Puri said.

The council adjourned without issuing any collective statement, and no further action was on the schedule.

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon released statements saying he had spoken to Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi about “the worrisome escalation of violence in southern Israel and Gaza and the need to prevent any further deterioration.”

A recent airstrike carried out by the Israeli regime on the besieged Gaza Strip has killed an 18-month-old toddler and wounded his two young brothers.

The toddler, Iyyad Abu Khusa, was killed when the airstrike targeted east of Bureij area in central Gaza on Sunday. Reports say the brothers, aged four and five, are in a critical condition.

Two separate Israeli attacks also killed two Palestinians in the northern towns of Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahiya the same day.

Over 50 Palestinians have been killed and at least 500 others wounded since the beginning of the airstrikes on November 14.

On Saturday, Israeli warplanes bombed Hamas government buildings in Gaza following a move by the Tel Aviv regime that authorized the mobilization of up to 75,000 reservists, preparing for a possible ground invasion.

Meanwhile, an Israeli commander has announced that the ground invasion of the impoverished Palestinian enclave was “definitely” possible.

Ahmed al-Ja’abari, a senior commander of the Izzeddin Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, has also been killed in the Israeli airstrikes.

The Israeli regime says its military has targeted “close to 20 sites” across the cities of Khan Yunis, Rafah and Gaza City.

Gaza has been blockaded by the Tel Aviv regime since 2007, a situation that has caused a decline in the standard of living, unprecedented levels of unemployment among the population of about 1.7 million Palestinians, and unrelenting poverty.

What is this Beast Israel?! A Rothschilds fiefdom!
